We wanted to create the most responsibly produced packaging we could, so you
may notice imperfections in the packaging material itself as a result of our using
post-consumer materials. We didn’t think you’d mind. It’s just a reminder that
beauty is more than skin deep.
How we're helping:
By maintaining a high standard of post consumer recycled packaging material and striving to increase our percentage to reduce our reliance on non-renewable resources.
Our folding cartons are made from 100% recycled paper with a minimum of 60% post-consumer recycled content and are Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. We’ve chosen to use
recycled paper fiber sources versus virgin fibers on our folding cartons to save trees and
reduce our environmental impact for water use required to make the cartons. Our recycled paperboard folding cartons use 70% less water in processing than virgin paperboard does. Our Face & Body Bar packaging leverages vegetable-based ink.
